Master Partnership with Lynchburg City Schools Partners In Education. Covering the "One" programs as well as the Business Rocks Tour, this OED/LIDA partnership fosters relationships and conducts programs to connect Lynchburg businesses and City School students.

An action plan to "grow" our workforce while providing our children with the tools they need to succeed in the workplace.
