BMS Direct institutes long term employment bonus plan

As part of our plan to offer competitive benefits and promote long term employment within our companies, BMS Direct has instituted a new long term employment bonus plan. Effective December 31, 2006, a full-time employee who completes the following numbers of years of service will receive the following bonuses:

• After completion of 10 years of service - $5,000
• After completion of 15 years of service - $10,000
• After completion of 16 years of service - $1,000 after completion of each year

BMS has two employees that were immediately affected by the bonus plan. Tammy Taylor, Production Lead and Trainer, has been employed by BMS for over 17 years. Jeff Betterton, Data Processing Manager, has been employed with BMS for over 13 years. Both employees have received bonuses based on the new bonus plan.
