VA Enterprise Zone Meeting

For the second consecutive year, the City of Lynchburg Office of Economic Development facilitated a Virginia Enterprise Zone Grant informational meeting for an audience approaching one hundred property owners, architects, contractors, and certified public accountants. Interest in the Virginia Enterprise Zone Program has increased due to Lynchburg's 2008 Enterprise Zone amendment which added more than four-hundred commercial parcels to its existing zone. The meeting was held at The City of Lynchburg's Information Technology Conference Room. Telly Tucker, Economic Development Specialist, presented the two-hour informative program which included a Power Point presentation and question-and-answer session.
