Ramsey Place Office Houses B&W's Modular Nuclear Reactor Design Team
Background
In December 2009, B&W announced that it had signed a multi-year lease with the Lynchburg Economic Development Authority for a 50,000-square foot facility to house the growing engineering and design team working on the new B&W mPowerŞ nuclear reactor. Located in Lynchpin Industrial Center, the facility is now housing approximately 50 employees and can accommodate up to 200 personnel.
