CPR Teddy™ bears donated by the Commonwealth of Virginia to Dr. Hinohara of St. Luke's International Hospital

On behalf of the Governor Kaine, Rick Siger, Deputy Secretary of Commerce presents Dr. Hinohara with the first Japanese CPR Teddy™ bears.

Melissa Waugh, President of Trainikins, Inc., with Dr. Hinohara, Chairman of the Board of St. Luke's Hospital and a widely known and beloved "National Treasure" of Japan.

Melissa demonstrated the Japanese CPR Teddy™ to the doctors and nurses attending the ceremony. The ceremony was held in the former home of Dr. Teusler, an 1894 graduate of what is now known as VCU Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia.
