An overwhelming response of ninety-two property owners, architects, contractors, and certified public accountants resulted in this meeting being moved to The City of Lynchburg's Information Technology Conference Room. Telly Tucker, Economic Development Specialist, expertly presented the two-hour informative program which included a Power Point presentation and question-and-answer session.
